On February 15, 2018, Tim Higgins was a guest lecturer and panelist at the “Keeping Current with New York Automobile Litigation” continuing legal education (CLE) program in Albany sponsored by the New York State Bar Association. 

Tim Higgins was one of several presenters in a Continuing Legal Education program entitled "Medical Malpractice Litigation 2016", sponsored by the New York State Bar Association in Albany.  Tim's presentation on "Cross-Examination of Expert Witnesses" was one of six specific litigation topics covered by the panel of lawyers during the day-long program.

Tim Higgins was appointed as a member of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) Committee on the Tort System.   The Committee on the Tort System advises the NYSBA's Executive Committe and House of Delegates on the development of responses to legislation designed to modify or affect New York's tort reparations system.
